Pre-flight checks, risk assessments, and emergency protocols must be followed at all times.
3. Confidentiality and Data Security
All team members are required to protect client data and proprietary information. Any data, footage, or client details obtained during drone operations must remain confidential and should not be shared without proper authorization.
4. Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering high-quality drone services. Team members must ensure that all data, footage, and reports meet client expectations. Regular training and performance evaluations will be conducted to maintain excellence.

Service Policies
1. Scope of Services
Paul Free Rappel Inc. offers professional drone services, including:
- Aerial photography and videography
- Land surveying and mapping
- Infrastructure inspection
- Agricultural monitoring
- Search-and-rescue operations
2. Client Engagement and Project Initiation
Before initiating a project, clients must provide detailed requirements, including location, service type, and project goals. A written agreement will be established outlining the scope, timeline, and costs.
3. Payment Terms
Clients are required to adhere to the following payment terms:
- 50% deposit before project commencement
- Remaining balance due upon project completion
- Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods
- Late payments may result in additional fees or service delays
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled flight may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances will be handled at no extra cost.
5. Safety and Compliance
All drone operations are subject to aviation regulations and safety protocols. Flights may be rescheduled or modified due to airspace restrictions, weather conditions, or other safety concerns.
6. Data Ownership and Usage
Clients will receive full rights to the data and footage upon final payment. Paul Free Rappel Inc. retains the right to use non-sensitive content for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to ensure safe operations, Paul Free Rappel Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from unforeseen technical failures, regulatory restrictions, or environmental factors beyond our control.
